white on photos with flash on

Hi when I take photos I get a white on the photo

Do you use phone case? If yes, remove it and try taking another photo with flash.

Make sure also that your finger does not reflect flash light into the photo, meaning that when you take photos, hold the phone with your finger tips.

Is the camera lens scratched ?

I think that's a hardware problem... I have the same trouble but it got fix when i apply some pressure on the flash... But sudenly appears again, check it.
