No it doesn't.

Only the normal camera (5 MP, 2592 x 1944 pixels, autofocus, LED flash)

According to Sony's own "insider" app it has a front facing camera (here a swedish screenshot stating a "framåtriktat"/front facing VGA camera (in difference to the 5MP camera on the back!

Also there is a "hole" on the front that looks like a front facing camera (the lower "hole" of the three above the screen to the right of the speaker).
