For the last month when I'm using my camera it will crash halfway through taking a picture. The image just freezes and its imposible to do anything. Sometimes you can just keep hitting the screen lock button until it comes up 'camera is not responding, wait or cancel' but most of the time it crashes the phone and I have to keep ripping the battery out and restarting.
There are no outstanding updates and I don't have a lo of stuff on my phone so I don't know why it's doing this. But since Virgin Media are jerks (I hope you're readig this) and offered 'free' insurance which then turned to '£70 excess' within a month I cna;t afford to get it sent away. Anyone know a way to fix this?
