When will be LT15a update to Android 4

I have an ARC LT15a, but still in old android 2, every time I use PC companion it atates that I have the latest software for this phone. Will it change to android 4 or I need another phone to have this software? Is there a list of when the update will be available for me?

most likely your carrier/network is NOT going to release ICS for your phone
