Rooted Neo V system update

My neo v  told a new system update is available. normally when a new system arrive for my phone i used pc companion software. But now my phone is rooted. Is it okay if  i use the same process using the pc companion?  Need advice. Thanks.

if your boot loader it's unlocked neither PCC nor SUS will work.
