When phone is on vibrate/silent need 1 contact to have a ringtone.

When phone is on silent or vibrate I need a certain contact to be able to ring and the phone ring on loud with a ringtone and not on silent. Is there any other option then turning everyone to vibrate then just make the certain contact have a different ringtone?

Funny, I've just set my phone up to do this today, have used an app called Automateit, but there are others which will do the same job.
