Johan. What do you mean, "Not sure yet IF ther will be another ICS update".
I (insert swear workd of your choice) hope to H E L L there is going to be more than one update, regardless. As, as far as i am concerned, my handset is only 9 months old annmd as such sould be supported the full duration of the contract!
If you Sony, whichever phone manufacturer is only going to support handsets for max of 12 months or less, then 1. You need to reduce the costs of handsets, as they are disposable after 6 months if not being fully supported and 2. Need to sit down with the network providers then and come up with a better scheme for contract length.
After the slap in the face from your company to all with the X10i & fiasco, i thought you guys had got your act together and this was the only reason i came back to your brand, but i am begining to get a bitter sweet taste in regards to the level or lack of real cusrtomer care from the Sony brand name!
I have been offered a Samsung Galaxy S2 or S3 by my network O2, due to the current carry on with the ICS update and performance issues, but i would rather be with Sony if they would only appreciate the customer more and support their handset to the duration of contract agreements by network providers. Plus this is something my network provider should not have to do and as such, please take this as an act of real customer care, not what we get from Sony, nothing!
