Dear sony, I just updated my Xperia L for the last software available, 13.3.A.1.12 and i must say that video flickering continues in this version...

i don't want you to have much work figuring out what is the cause of that so i just want you to put your phone in camera mode, go to video, now put half of the screen in low light and half in stong light and "voi la" there you have the flickering... and you want to know more? the problem is in how the camera mesures the light that is coming to sensor... now that you know the source can you please fix that?

by the way, no more bugs found, yet

- camera is better

-  flash now sinc with obturator

- transfer files to sd now fixed

- flickering screen seems fixed

jst now updated my sony XL with 15.3.a.1.12 , i am very much satisfied with the new update and al most all bugs are fixed and camera improved a bit ,working well now till now there are no issues

1.Camera Flash timing fixed
2. Screen Tearing Fixed
3. Walkman Widget on lock screen fixed

4.sd card tranfer also solved

And yeah don't wait for a OTA update i.e. A Update notification for firmware upgrade on your phone because it will take atleast a week or two for an OTA update.

PC Companion or SUS is a better option if you want a successful and available update.
