I really hope 4.2.2 update will solve all bugs (wifi and restarting the most embarrassing) and drastically improve battery life.

Sony has not made any announcements regarding 4.2.2 on other Xperias (other than the Xperia Z, ZL, ZR)
Don't worry, there's a new 4.1 update coming. There's no need for 4.2 to fix it.
Is there an update announcement made by Sony for ZR? Can you please post the link?
