Whatsapp issue

Hi,

I have xperia z and facing couple of issues like below,

• whatsapp is not running properly
• Google+ Messanger not working
• G Talk not working

Can you please give me some solutions.

Note:

No internet issue because all other apps running successfully.

All other apps running successfully may not mean that it will not be a problem with you connection. If you  are using packet data connection, the setting can cause the problem. If you are using wifi, I dont know.. 😐

Try changing the connetion once, I dont know how much relevent is my replay, but trying wont hurt, ryt??

And try to get a proper internet setting from the operator.. Cz Ive faced a problem like this once.. Whatsapp was not workin in my old fon, well I changed my connection...

Thanks nick for concern and help me...but I must say there is no issue in internet because it works fine.

is anybody having same issue with xperia z?

well i have whtsapp n viber installed n they r working fine never had any problem so far

just try to install again might helo

This is most likely a problem with your internet connection. Even if other apps are working some ports or protocols may be blocked/unsupported by the operator or your router if using WiFi.

If using mobile network i would start with removing the proxy/port from the operators internet settings under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names.

If using WiFi, try disabling the firewall in your router.
