i cant sign up to flash tool. please help me how to sign up to flash tool. i never recieve email for confirmation

Sounds like you haven't performed step 4-5 in the installation instruction: http://developer.sonymobile.com/services/flash-tool/how-to-download-and-install-the-flash-tool/. If you don't follow step 4-5 Flash Tool will ask for user/pass.
