what do i do?

my computer died at the end of the new jellybean update. Now when i turn my phone on it shows an sxlamation point inside of a triangle. the phone will not connect nor turn on anymore.

Have you tried to do a repair of the phone software?

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.
