So it's not NEW to you that your well advertised WATER RESISTANT XPERIA Z has common issues about flaps leaking water inside the phone which causes many many problems to the handset , which is considered as cheating advertisement because most of Xperia Z owners have bought it willingly to enjoy this new feature that you have included in your most advanced handset..
As it wasn't just enough cheating people through advertisement , you're cheating us with your Shiite after buy services of repair services centers.And it's all over the world...
I am addressing to you this angry message because I have ran out of solutions with my local service center (Delta EGYPT), they have been extremely rude , misinforming and completely ignorant to my complains.
So SONY, after all these complains , are you still convinced that there is nothing wrong with your product and not willing to take any actions about that problem except saying that there is a vacuum test and blah blah blah ?!!
You are destroying your own reputation that you spent a lot of time , money and resources to build.
Wake up SONY!!!

It would be worth asking if the repair agent can perform the vacuum test on the handset as this can confirm any problem with the seals.
I already did , and they didn't have a clue what i am talking about ..
You have some serious problems in your handsets gentelmen and you should take a serious action to prevent it in the future if you have any intentions to keep growing in the market .
Otherwise ,if you keep ignoring your customers complains and stand still about their reported problems .
