Hi Guys,
I have bought Xperia Z 5 months back. and accidentally table fell on backside of my phone, backpanel and front left top corner touchscreen got crack and rest everything is working fine. Only top half of touch screen is not working..
And I took it to service center and after 30 min of diagnosis they came back with phone and they said this model is not repairable so it may cost nearly 30k to replace the whole handset..
Only for backpanel and touch screen why we have to pay 30k, does it make any sense..
Really frustrated with Sony service.......
Please someone guide on this.......
