Water resistance

Has anyone here actually submerged their z and left at depth for while and was it ok before I try mine.. Just have to try it.

Have you searched this Xperia Z section? It is full of people submerging their device (some with bad endings though).

Yes,in a small bowl of water and it is fine. I do wash it every 2-3 weeks with water all around.

Just reading some of the waterproof section think I might just rinse it off lol.

When I first got my Xperia Z I did just that, but I double checked that all the flaps were perfectly closed.
