water inside rear camera

Hi I put it on water for no more 3 mins and now I can't take picture.my camera become blur with alot of water bubbles inside

Open all the flaps and let the device dry in a bowl of rice.

I will do this every time I put it on a water?it is suppose to be waterproof.

This should not happen,are you sure you haven't left a flap opened?

Yes all flaps were closed.I think I got faulty one
