strange headphones error

I bought a new Xperia Z2 3 days ago and the headphones were working just fine until yesterday. When i plug them in only one earplug is playing sound and if i try to turn them a little but, the other side starts working, but it stops when im not holding them in anymore. I tried the earphones on my computer and they work fine. I also tried using different headphones on my xperia and they work fine. Why is it that only xperia headphones do not work properly on my mobile, but they work on other devices?

Is there any dirt, grime, dust in the 3.5mm connector?

no, i tried cleaning them. they still dont work on my mobile, but they do on the computer.

That could be a hardware issue. contact Sony Xperia Support.

Other headphones work find with your phone but the other headphones don't work with your phone nor other devices?
