Water Entered My Xperia Z3

so i just put my xperia z3 in water and it start making a creeking sound on the antena module,and become very hot the sounds gone after i turn it off

Check the warranty, if you firmly closed all the flaps/covers then request a "Vacuum test" that will prove if it was your fault or if its a defective unit, if the later then Sony should repair it, if the former then warranty won't cover this. It's that simple, I have multiple Xperias and I haven't experience "bad quality" as some other users have posted here.
