Warranty question

Good day!

Could you please answer me, I have sony xperia V with open bootloader, it was opened allready abt. 7 month, on last week i'v meet some problem with my touch screen, bottom part of the screen do not respond on any touches, i'v send a phone by warranty to my operator, some days later they call me and told that: "you have been opened the bootloader and the OFFICIAL warranty from SONY is void, if you want to repair, we can do it for you money". Once again, not operator warranty void, the OFFICIAL SONY warranty. And thats it, no answer abt. touchscreen, is it broken by me or factory deffect. In the same tme Sony officialy allow to open the bootloader from official site : http://developer.sonymobile.com/unlockbootloader/unlock-yourboot-loader/ . So do they right and my sony warranty is lost?

So, The final Update.

At last i'v got my phone back. With changed touch and screen together.

In fact: service center telling that they didn't chenge anything, do only some tests, but i'v got new screen. Thats preaty strange to me.

Conclusion:

as per my discussion with sony, you did not void you warranty if you have unlocked bootloader, untill it will affect on you phone, for example you main core , processor etc. Anyway, it will not affect on LCD and touch.

Thanks for you attention
