warning Problem regarding xpera sp c5303

I have xperia SP c5303. My phone screen is locked on emergency call and showing warning alarm on top. No applications are being shown. Even I have restart my mobile.

Do you have any form of Antivirus software on the handset? As this could be a lock related to it.

I faced this problem after 3 to 4 hour of use. I have purchsed new one.

No antiwirus installed.

I used option of IMEI which i think ask me for sending option and send it. After that I put it off and when I turned it ON, it shows an emergency call screen and an alarm on upper task bar.

It seems the device has been locked, this would indicate that a PIN or password has been added to the device. 

When you pull the notification bar down, what does it say beside the Yellow ! mark?

Notification Bar doesn't get down or up.

Only it get slide left/right but shows only camera option by doing so.

You don't have the PIN code?

You said your phone is new. Did you get the PIN with the SIM card?

I was already using SIM card in other mobile but issue is that PIN code option is not being shown on mobile.
