Wallpapers get zoomed when home button is pressed

Hello guys,

well I have a little trouble... Since yesterday, when I wanted to change my wallpaper

I choose the resolution. In this step it shows me, that the picture will be alright fulsized in my screen 

BUT when I set my new wallpaper (any kind of wallpaper, even cropped to little one) it zooms the wallpaper on the screen.

To be clear here - Let's say, that I have 100% size of picture set as wallpaper, because it perfectly fits in but when I set my new wallpaper, the resolution of this picture is now like 140% and the picture is not whole there... Never had this problem before since yesterday.

My phone is Sony Xperia L, everything updated.

Alright I noticed what is causing the zooming.

Whenever I press homebutton it zooms the wallpaper yet I did not discovered what button zooms it out... 

So could you give me solution for this homebutton bug?

Well, he had the solution, but solution on this forum doesn't work for me.

Every third party program does this. I set wallpaper and after that it gets zoomed when I press the homebutton just like it happend to the guy, who posted it already. 

Could you please help me?
