Yesterday I have updated my Xperia Z2 successfuly with Marshmallow 6..0.1. So far all applicaitons and functions are running normally. I have noticed only one problem is so far is in WhatsApp. Whenever i choose a ringtone ( not in built) to set for message tone it sets back to default ringtone. i have tried to copy the file to other location from SD to phone memory but it goes back to default. however, calling ring tone I have selected from my SD card and also same I did for sms ringtone and notification which is working fine. And all other apps ringtone are working as per my selected ringtone from SD card, only WhatsApp is giving problem.
Can any one advise what need to be done. Shall i reinstall whatsapp. Temporarily i have selected ringtone from the ones provide by Sony but I am used to here the earlier tone so this doesnt suit my ear and habit.
