Hi,

After upgrade my phone, i can't hear songs volume is very very low.i increase volume level,but same sound only in

both headset & Phone.

Double check the volume under settings> sound. 

Try to clear data for Walkman under settings > apps > all > Walkman > clear data. Restart the phone and try again. 

You can also try to see if the same behavior appears if you start the phone in safe mode:

Perhaps you have some 3rd party apps installed in the phone causing the problem.
