Walkman problem

Hello everyone.

I've got some trouble with my WALKMAN player. The widget in lockscreen mode is not responding. It says that tracks not available, even if music playing. How to solve it? Thanks

          Try clearing all the cache and data in Settings>Apps>Walkman.
