Walkman problem in sony xperia e

Hi there,i bought sony xperia e(single sim) few months ago.From then when i listen to songs via walkman player,the song lags when the phone locks automatically or manually done by me. What is the problem here,how to rectify it? And sometime the equalizer itself doesnt work...So kindly please tell me the solution for it..

I suggest that you first of all try to clear data for the Walkman player. Go to settings > apps > all > Walkman > clear data. Restart phone and try again.

Thank you for your reply...But i have done the cleaning process earlier but i still had the lagging problem and i have also done now,the problem still arise..Is there any other method to rectify it?

If the clearing has not resolved the problem please attempt a software repair:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps

Model: Xperia E3 Dual

Date Of Purchase: Nov-2014

Issue: Walkman - Songs are getting paused/no continuous play

Action Taken: Software upgraded and Mother board replacement.

Issue resolved - NO

Suggestion to friends: NEVER EVER GO FOR THIS MODEL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO NOT GOOD.

Within one week of the date of purchase, I started facing walkman issue. The songs are breaking. The sony center engineers were not at all ready to listen or understand the issue, finally I made one of the guys sit and made him to listen 2-3 songs back to back. Then finally they accepted that there is an issue. And rather suggesting for a replacement, they asked me to submit my cell for mother board replacement. Even after the mother board replacement, the issue still persist.

Suggest me something now.
