Walkman player problem

my music player stops randomnly . so i updated my walkman and downloaded someother musicplayer from playstore but, still the problem is same.  i choose sony especially  for it's sound clarity. but speaker performance  is  not good. if i play songs in handsfree the music player stops after 10 minutes. is this software or hardware problem?  how to fix this issue?

I would suggest that you first of all try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

Sounds like the phone need to turn off Walkman to get more RAM to run the applications. Which phone model do you have?
