Walkman lock screen widget missing

Hello,

I have a xperia M C1905 and about two weeks ago the walkan widget on the lock screen disappeared. Sometimes is trying to bring it back,but the only thing that happens is that the clock flickers. Maybe it's because I didn't the walkman update that released? Can you help me please?

Do you have smart key app?

Yes,but not on walkman and i turn it off to see if that was the problem,but again a had this problem. Do you know something else that maybe cause that?

Just remove it and see how it is.Or disable music in the settings.

I did it and nothing... 😕 can be caused by the lack of space?

Look in settings-security-enable lock screen widgets.

It doesn't exist something like this. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I haven't update walkman at the latest version?

No,it should not be related.The steps given are available only for Kitkat,sorry.This is strange,does the same occur in safe mode?
