Walkman Force To Close

After updating to v8.4.A.3.1 , Walkman automatically closing .. Only Playlist Can Use... Album/Artists/Folders/Songs Not Woking... When I Tried To Open Those, Walkman Forcefully Closing ... Because of those I Have To Use the old version... Can Anyone Help.... Is This Update Isn't Stable On Xperia SP ????

Ya.. It's Official Version... I got update through Inbuilt "Update Centre " @Thommo

I honestly don't know why then - Could be an update designed for the new 4.3 released 3 weeks ago or vice versa and is causing a compatibility issue

You could try performing a system repair

Because. Ihave the same problem and I tried every thing clear data, reinstall, restart every thing

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the new Walkman version.

Could you please check what model number, build number and customization version you have in your phone? You can see this under Settings -> About phone. To see customization version, dial *#*#7378423#*#* and select Service info -> Software info.
Which version of Walkman is preinstalled in your phone and working? You can see this under Settings -> Apps -> All -> Walkman.
