W395 Equalizer

Hello,

I'm facing some problems with the Equalizer from W395.

When I choose the BASS ++ mode, the song I'm hearing gets quite exciting with its new equalization. But when the next comes up, the Equalizer goes back to the Normal Mode. However, if I go to the Equalizer Screen to troubleshoot this issue, the Bass ++ mode is already selecet, but no effect happens.

I must turn off the Bass ++ mode, choose the Normal mode, and then I can go back and choose the BASS++ mode.

I already tried the Master Reset, but nothing has changed.

What could I do?

Was it always like this, or is this an issue that occured lately?

No man, it happened recently.

I don't have idea if it could be something related to the battery, or with the adapter.

In that case, it sounds like a software issue, but since you have already tried a master reset and there is no official way of flashing the phone, you have the choice of either taking it in for repair, or flashing it using a website such as Wotanserver ,which would invalidate any warranty you may still have:

You may also want to try a master reset once again.

Well, it sounds a little bit tricky, but I'll read carefully the instructions from Wotanserver.

My guarantee already expired. So, I don't have services covering my phone.
