My Sony Ericsson W395 from the last three days is just displaying white screen i am unable to do anything on the mobile. what is the solution?

I also tried restarting but it did not work.

Take the battery out for a few minutes, replace it and restart the phone.Failing that, take it to a service centre.

I have the same problem, but that hasn't worked.
Is the service centre really teh only solution?
Is there any software for Win7 I can try?

please use phone's master restore option(incase) .

or use SUS to reinstall the phone software.

or u can update your phone via pc companion by repair option.
