W205: picture files damaged?

Hi, there,
my girlfriend owns a SE W205.  Since a couple of weeks is it no more possible pictures - that were shot with the mobiles camera – use as background on the mobile. If she tries this a window apperars that says: file is damaged. Pictures could be viewed on the mobile.

Does anybody know a way to fix this?

Were these pictures saved in the phone memory or memory card?

Hi Chris,

that occurs with both from phone memory and memory card!

In that case, run the SE Update service on the phone and see if that fixes the problem.Even if you have the latest software, you can still choose to reinstall it.If this fails to correct the problem, try a master reset.
