Sent in to support after freeze – frustrated

After a few weeks the Mini Pro was by then about 4 weeks old it was necessary to send the phone to support. Complete freeze. No reset. Nothing. Nada. My impression is that the Mini can't run Android properly. Before it went dead it started getting very slow, didn't recognize the SD for one day. Cancelled calls. Touchscreen slider didn't work etc.

While this could be a nice device it cost me already a lot of time to cope with it. Now it's gone for at least 10 days. Let's see what comes back. Amazon refused to take it back because I was 5 days late 😞

did your phone comes with a standard 2GB memory card?

when i first got my X10 mini (not pro), it lagged and froze after just 2 weeks. i figured it was the lack of memory card space because everything is saved on the memory card for the x10 mini (very few internal memory space). since i put a 32GB memory card it, it works much better...

until today my memory card started to cause the phone to freeze too.

so, today i had a thought that maybe the x10 mini and mini pro need a Class 4 or above micro sdhc card? Class 4 is faster than the normal speed. so it might worth a try if you want.

oh... just read that you've already sent it in for repair. oops... good luck though.

but do keep this suggestion in mind because i'm going to try it for sure. Winking_Face

phone came back. they updated firmware/software. will get back and let you know if and how it works.
