After upgrading to ICS (build number 4.1.B.0.431) any program that uses bluetooth headset (Voice Speed Dial, Voice Control Test) stops to listen commands from bluetooth headset (I tried two headsets). My voice during phone call is transmitted perfectly however.
Go to Settings > Apps > All (tab). Scroll to the bottom and check to see if the voice search application's been inactivated.

Markus, disabling voice search didn't solve the problem.
The problem is as follows:
1. The phone connects to bluetooth headset (or vice versa).
2. I press the button on the headset. The phone recognizes this action and starts application that listens to my voice to command (if I chose the default app for this action earlier).
3. While I was on android 2.3, I can speak to the bluetooth headset and this appication hear me.
After upgrading to android 4 (ICS), the application starts the same way but when I speak into headset, nothing happens with the app. The app still work if I speak directly into the phone's mic. When the phone call is established, headset works as usual though.
In fact, I use Nissan bluetooth hands free device (not shure what its name exactly), so when the app starts listening the command, it is visible in the car. There are two situations with the different apps now:
1. For built-in voice dialer and Voice Control Test applications, it is visible that bluetooth headset listens me, but as I said earlier, my vlice is not recognized.
2. For Voice Speed Dial application (one that I used earlier on 2.3) it is not ever visible that headset starts listen me (but program launces on the phone and listen me from phone's mic).
It's very disappointing that this problem does not receive any attention since incorrectly marked as "Assumed answered". My problem still exists and stops me from upgrading to android 4.
