Hi, I'd recommend pairing your handset with your Mac computer via Bluetooth. Once they are paired, you can follow the below steps to drag and drop files from your computer to your phone.
On the Mac, click the Bluetooth icon > Select Browse Device > Select your phone or memory card > Drag and drop the files into this area.
