I've got this problem on my Sony Ericsson Experia Ray. My Wifi allows me to connect certain different wirelesses, however I just can not connect it to my wireless at home. It just says limited connectivity. I've got my phone about 3 months ago and during that period I could easily connect to my wireless at home. I've updated my phone and apparently, yes "apparently" my at home wireless updates itself. Now I don't know what to do, is it my phone or my wireless at home that is the problem?
same problem i faced before when i tried to connect my mobile with my colg wi-fi network. connection are full but it shows limited connectivity, and wi-fi doesn't work,i tried many times. my frnd which have galaxy fit also faced same problem with wi-fi connection (CONNECTED BUT DOESN'T WORKS)
its suprising coz at the same time my computer works ok over wi-fi connection and some weaks before i upgrade my device with same wi-fi connection.and now every time same problem.:smileycry:
i tried with some other android and some simple java devices .but problem is same. i wonder coz iphone 3gs works perfect in this connection.
i m confused if this is wireless problem or android????:smileyconfused:
Make sure you're running on the latest version of the software in the phone and also the latest firmware for your router.
If this problem still remains check if you can get full connection using static IP, this can be set from your router.
Yeah I've got them both updated but could you help me out with the static IP bit please!
To get accurate info on how to do that on your router check the router users guide or contact the manufacturer.
