Volume very low while speaking

When I speak with my Xperia T3 there is low volume - with internal speaker and with bluetooth speakerphone.

Using volume buttons I can adjust it, but insufficiently.

When I use speakerphone (Jabra SP5050) with other phone there is normal volume.

Settings - Call settings untick Microphone noise suppression

Thank you, this is really solution for internal speaker.

But for Bluetooth speakerphone problem is still exists.
