i got my xperia z 3 days ago and have beeen using it, and everything has been fine, i tested to see if it was waterproof by holding it under running water for a few seconds, not high pressure or anything, and was all fine, then when i was using it this morning, the caller sound went all the way down to silent, like someone was holding the volume down button, and if i dragged the slider up it would instantly go down, if i pressed the volume up button it would do the same, this lasted about 40~ seconds, after it had finished the screen went black, the phone had just locked its self, so i unlocked it and was able to turn the volume back up, but the volume down button didnt work, so i tried to turn the phone off and on again, but the lock button didnt work either, but it would light up the screen when it was locked, so i did a factory reset on the phone, and eveything worked fine after that for about 2 hours then i had the whole situation again, with the volume going all the way down and staying there the screen going black and the lock button not locking but waking the screen, should i take it into a EE store which is my network provider, or should i contact sony and make them deal with it, or is there something i can do to fix this, also, its been hot reciently, and the front camera lense turns white when the phone gets how, im fairly sure its condensation, again do i go through EE, or sony or is there something i can do?
