Volume Bug !

Hi Sony Support,

when I'm listening music with headphones, which are connected to the 3,5mm audio jack,

and any app play a sound notofication (like WhatsApp or eMail notification) the volume

suddenly decreases to about 30%. The volume is still set to 100%.

The only way to have have the full volume again, is to restart the phone 😞

Please fix that !

Well, the phone should decrease the music volume in order to play the notification. It should however bounce back again when the notification sound is played. I recommend that you start the phone in safe mode and see if the problem persist when for example receiving a text message. If it doesn't, this is somehow caused by a 3rd party app.
