voice applications ringing is not work!!!

some time the audio of massages and calls on applicationa like freepp or whatspp not work and the phone only vibrating
If I restart the phone it's work but I need knowing where is the problem
Please help me

@M0ises please run a microphone test. Is your microphone even working properly at the first place? DO you have problems when your on voice call?

I tried and it works perfectly.

The problem is that you choose the ringtone and in the trial you can hear it perfectly, very loud, stereo. But when it´s used by the device to notify you an sms, or whatsapp or something like that it sounds only through one speaker and very low. So it´s not a problem of hardware, it´s a problem of software.
