voice applications ringing is not work!!!

some time the audio of massages and calls on applicationa like freepp or whatspp not work and the phone only vibrating
If I restart the phone it's work but I need knowing where is the problem

That's an app issue and the app developer has to fix the issue, not Sony. Contact the app developers.

It happens in all notifications uliwooly, it sounds but very very low. Too sad.
Sony please repair this, if you look in z3 forums it happens too.

The Z2 and the Z3 are different phones, with that said, I haven't been able to replicate this issue as the notifications are quite loud.
