vivaz(tm) problem

Help!!!!  my phone can accept messages but cannot send them, they just sit in the outbox. I have done everything suggested battery out reset phone  deleted all memory, run the latest update, still no fix, I can still send a message through pc companion but not on my phone...very frustrating...can anyone help?

http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/u5/userguide_EN_U5_1232-6052.3.pdf On page 73 of your phone user's manual under Text Message Settings, see which Message centre is currently in use, as you need to have the correct service centre number for your network.If it's not on the list, you can get this from your mobile network.

Thanks for the response, already gone through that with my network provider, my settings are correct, they say software problem but how come i can send a message via pc companion?

Strange indeed..Perhaps there's an issue with the network signal or SIM card--have you tried using a different SIM and/or network? Or tried the SIM in another phone?

Yes using sim in my old phone for now all working fine...guess its the end of the road for my vivaz shame was a nice little phone.

It may still be worth trying a different SIM in your phone before you condemn the phone.

i also have same problem, i used different sim card, checked the service center number, restore default settings, but problem is still there
