Vivaz Pro Memory Problem

I have had this phone now for about a year and a half. Just recently (in the last couple of weeks) it has begun telling me that I am about of C memory and to delete some files before I can receive text messages. I have deleted ALL of my messages off of my phone (last time I got this message I had only 101 messages stored in my phone when previously I could have thousands and would not get this error). I have also deleted every photo off of my phone, and I do not store any other files on my phone at all (no music, etc). I can't even TAKE a photo anymore, because my phone tells me that I am out of memory.

In addition to this problem, my phone likes to shut off seemingly at random. I had it repaied last winter, but it has now passed the 1 yr manufacturer's warranty, so getting it repaired again would likely not be economical.

It is also happen to me.. and I think that is "the cons" of the vivaz pro.. what all I can do is reset the phone. before that make sure you backup your data. after that, the phone should working as normal as before. Hope that useful.

I suggest you try a master reset and see if that solves the memory and shutting down problems.Failing that, try running the update service to update/re-install the software:
