Display screen not yet replaced

Hi,

I own a sony xperia mini pro,it's screen had got broken and for replacement of the same, I had given my handset to sony service centre in Raipur since last 20 days i am waiting for the replacement of screen and now service centre guy told me it is going to take me another week. I am in really miserable position and not able to communicate with anybody. I think it is one of the worst experience i am having with sony centre. I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. In this case you would have to wait until the repair center obtains the parts that they need to fix the phone. I recommend that you address this complaint to your local Sony Mobile Support center directly.

I hope that this issue can be resolved very soon with your local service center.
