I am experiencing the exact same problem. I've also tried reboot via PC Companion.
And yes, indeed, safe mode seems to solve the issue, but I did not buy this phone to use it on safe mode all the time.
The apps installed are all simple, like facebook, netflix, instagram etc., nothing special or harmful.
If it works fine while on safe mode then it's an act acting up and it was NOT an app that was preloaded but an app that you downloaded/installed.
Yes, I know, but as I said I only installed regular apps that EVERYONE else installs, such as facebook, whatsapp, netflix.. Wasn't the phone supposed to work with any "foreign" apps?
Not EVERYONE use the same apps, if you want us to help you, you have to work with us, it could be an antivirus, taskiller, battery app, etc that its acting up.
I've just desinstalled all possible stock bloatware and I freezed the other stock apps that can't be installed...
Apparently the video issues are gone.... I'm going to allow more time for a final disclosure.
