Video playback quality

Hi, sorry if this has been posted before but i'm a bit stupid with these type of things!

I have been sent a video message from an I phone 4 but when watching it on the Xperia T the quality isn't that great - is there any reason for this?  The quality is good on the I phone.

The problem you have is that all networks have a size limit on files sent as a message; the size from memory is about 90-100kb. With this being the case most phones will resize a file before sending it which results in a severe drop of quality in most cases.
