Well,this forum is not for downloading or any other activities like this.You can simply watch through the default app.

It's not illegal to download content from Youtube but a simple Play store search brings up https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ne.hdv plus many more

Indeed it is not illegal but you can do it with many apps or directly from online websites.
