Video capture problem

When filming the camera lags so that the video will not show smoothly. This is very annoying as I selected this phone mainly for it's camera.

Also, it takes forever to startup the camera, to start and stop recordings etc.

Are you saving the videos on the internal storage or SD card? 

also try this: boot in > > > safe mode and test it

Can you try resetting the Camera app?

Android 6.0: Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Data. 

Android 5.1: Go to Settings > Apps > All > Camera > Force Stop > Clear Data.

I tried that, but the problem remain.
