I activated the vibration and still not function.and when I received calls the vibration not function and the status of the phone to silent

You have to set the device on vibrations.

Hi elsos,

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Try using the Volume rocker to turn the volume down, once you see the vibration symbol at the top, try the function then, if you see a trumpet icon with a line through it, this means silent mode with no vibrations, so do not use this option.

I see the vibration symbol , but in case of any notice or phone call does not give a vibrator I think that the defect in the industry I purchased the mobile phone z3 bual three weeks ago, no more
And I think that the imbalance in hardware not software. Thanks for your help

Hi, can you type in *#*#7378423#*#* into your keyboard...it will take you into a Service Menu, select Service Tests & scroll down to Vibrator...select this to see if its actually working & let us know :smileysmileywink:

I tested the vibration as you told me by *#*#7378423#*#* but there is no response. I talked a screen shot for this can I send it to you. Thanks for your help

You could post it there. If you are using mobile version,be sure to request desktop version first to be able to post a picture.

Hi, if the vibration test failed then i'm afraid it does look like a hardware problem so follow Alexdons advice & either contact your local service centre Slightly_frowning_Face
