Vibration problem

Hello

I'm having problems with my SONY Xperia J.

Sometimes the phone loses all vibration functions while

I'm typing a message or using an app.

All vibration functions are ticked in the phone's options.

The only way to get the vibration back is by hitting the

phone softly on its back.

Anyone with the same problem or solution?

To be honest, if you are required to tap the back of handset to resolve this issue, then I suggest that you get the handset back to the place of purchase or to one of our service centres for repairs.
