i just bought my phone last December. i take care of it nicely and i never dropped it even once. but when i woke up this morning, i check my phone and i found that it couldn't work as it used before. my phone couldn't vibrate. i already check all of the settings. it's set to be vibrate but still the vibration couldn't work. please help me. do the warranty provided for the vibration problem? 
I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
